Delete from inside the app
- 1. Open Cake Aide Pro on your device.
- 2. Go to Profile (or Settings).
- 3. Tap Account.
- 4. Tap Delete account and confirm.
- 5. Your account and personal data will be permanently removed from our systems, subject to legal retention requirements.

Or email us to delete it for you
Send an email from the address linked to your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We’ll verify your identity and confirm once it’s done.

Removed permanently
Profile, recipes, ingredients, supplies, orders, quotes, shopping lists, reminders, timer records, uploaded photos and attachments.
Retained briefly
Some information may remain in encrypted backups for a short period, or where we are legally required to retain it (for example, tax and transaction records).
Heads up
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Active subscriptions purchased through the App Store or Google Play must be cancelled in your store account — deleting your Cake Aide Pro account does not cancel store subscriptions.
